WWE is planning to release a new “Best of Hardy Boyz” DVD, according to WrestleWrestlingDVDNetwork.com, which will feature new interview footage with the Hardys between selected bouts. The length of the DVD is over eight hours and includes close to 30 matches spanning their entire career. MORE DETAILS

-Executive Vice President of Anthem Sports & Entertainment, the parent company of Impact Wrestling, Ed Nordholm talked to Newsweek about his disappointment with the departure of Jeff Jarrett from his executive team. “[Jarrett] was a great assistance to me,” he said. “Unfortunately, as we got into the summer, I think the stress of trying to [overhaul Impact] clearly was starting to have some impacts on him and his issues to deal with the situation. We had to part ways. I regret that it turned out that way, but I’m grateful for everything he did for me.” Newsweek notes that Nordhom did not go into great detail about the personal issues that plagued Jarrett, “but the wrestling rumor mill swirled with speculation about Jarrett exhibiting erratic behavior at events.” FULL ARTICLE LINK

-In that article, EC3 (Michael Hutter) explained the circumstances of his move from Impact Wrestling to WWE’s NXT this year. “My decision to leave Impact had nothing to with their business or finances and everything with me wanting to challenge myself to something new,” Hutter told Newsweek in a statement dated January 23. “Leaving Impact was a very difficult decision as I had six months left on a very lucrative and talent-friendly contract. -MCW Pro Wrestling is advertising a chance to meet the Four Horsemen – Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard, Barry Windham, and J.J. Dillon at the MCW Arena (1000 Joppa Farm RD in Joppa, Md.). The “Meet & Greet” begins at 4 p.m., and a live wrestling event begins at 7:30 p.m. Also, MCW returns Saturday, Feb. 24 to the Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department in Hollywood, Md. with WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch (f/k/a Sunny), Kruger (f/k/a Adam Rose), Swoggle (f/k/a Hornswoggle), and more.
