RADICAN’S TAKE: A look at WM week lineups for Rev Pro featuring NJPW talent, MLW, wXw, WWN Supershow, Chikara, more


SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...

There are several notable lineups from various indie promotions that are running this week. This is a spotlight on some of the shows with the best lineups and talent and how you can watch them. I’d recommend checking out any or all of these shows if you have the time.

MLW Rise of the Renegades (TV Taping, April 4)

Time: 7 p.m. EST

MLW is running two TV tapings at the Melrose Ballroom in New York. The shows will air on BeIn TV in the coming weeks. The shows will be taped at the Melrose Ballroom in New York.

The matches announced for Rise of the Renegades are as follows:

  • MLW Champion Tom Lawlor vs. Jimmy Havoc in a Street Fight
  • MJF vs. Brian Pillman Jr.

MLW Battle Riot II (TV Taping, April 5) 

Time: 7 p.m. EST

MLW’s Battle Riot II is headlined by a Battle Riot match, which is like the Royal Rumble. It features 40 wrestlers with a title shot anytime, anywhere being awarded to the winner. This should be another fun taping with a great atmosphere for MLW at the Melrose Ballroom in New York. The show will air live on beIN sports.

wXw America 1st Wunderbar (April 4)

wXw is Germany’s biggest indie and one of the biggest independent promotions in all of Europe. This is their first event in the U.S. and they’re running a loaded show with a great mix of international talent. You can watch this event on Fite.tv on iPPV or on Fite TV as part of WWN’s More Than Mania package

Time: 4 p.m. EST

CHIKARA always puts on fun shows. This should be no exception given that it’s WrestleMania weekend, I would expect them to put their best foot forward as part of GCW’s The Collective from New Jersey. You can watch this show on independentwrestling.tv with a subscription, purchase it on iPPV on Fite.tv or it is available as part of The Collective package from Fite Tv.
