NXT LIVE EVENT REPORT
NOVEMBER 2, 2019
VENICE, FLA.
REPORT BY GREG PARKS, PWTORCH COLUMNIST

(1) Io Shirai defeated Vanessa Borne

The Outliers, Riddick Moss and Dorian Mak, cut a bit of a meandering promo. Afterward, there was a brief intermission of a few minutes to take care of an issue “outside of their (NXT) control.”

(2) Arturo Ruas defeated Cal Bloom.

(3) Jeet Rama defeated Denzel Dejournette.

(4) Deonna Purrazzo beat Kayden Carter via submission.

Intermission. It was shorter than usual.

(5) Marina Shafir & Jessamyn Duke beat Jessi Kamea & Santana Garrett when Shafir pinned Kamea.

(6) Ridge Holland defeated Austin Theory. This was the best singles match on the show.

(7) Danny Burch & Pete Dunne defeated The Outliers when Dunne pinned Moss. Burch then got on the mic and put over the Venice crowd.

Show lasted just under two hours. The crowd was down from the last few times I’ve attended.

Greg will have a more in-depth look at this show in his full-page column in next week’s Torch Newsletter.
