Bobby Lashley has returned to WWE Monday Night Raw.

On this week’s episode of Raw, Omos defeated The Viking Raiders in a handicap match via count out to keep his undefeated streak alive. After the match, Omos was interviewed by Kevin Patrick and said that nobody would ever beat him and that he still was looking for a match at WrestleMania. Patrick noted to him that nobody in WWE had even taken him off his feet yet.

At that point, Lashley’s music hit and he stormed to the ring. Things got physical between both men with Lashley connecting with a shoulder tackle that dropped Omos to the mat for the first time ever. Lashley and Omos stared each other down after the battle before Lashley pointed at the WrestleMania sign, indicating that he wanted the match with Omos.

Bobby Lashley has been out of action since injuring his shoulder in a match against Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble. He appeared on the Elimination Chamber show in Saudi Arabia in the men’s Elimination Chamber match for his WWE Championship, but didn’t end up competing due to being knocked out in his own chamber before entering the match.

Last year at WrestleMania, Omos teamed with A.J. Styles to win the the Raw Tag Team Championship from The New Day. Lashley opened the show with a successful WWE Championship defense against Drew McIntyre. This match was the first match in front of live fans since the pandemic began in 2020.
