The celebrity WWE Undisputed Universal Championship match between Roman Reigns and Logan Paul at the Crown Jewel PLE is in the hands of WWE Hall of Famer, Michael Hayes.
PWInsider is reporting that Hayes is in charge of both the storyline between Paul and Reigns, but also the match itself in Saudi Arabia. This is Paul’s first world championship match. He most recently defeated The Miz in a singles match at Summerslam.
Reigns is currently in the middle of year three as the WWE Universal Championship. Reigns won the title in 2020 after returning to the company from an hiatus due to COVID-19. Reigns defeated Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38 to add the WWE Championship and unify the world titles in WWE.
WWE Crown Jewel will air live on Peacock on Saturday November 5. No other matches for the event have been announced at this time.
