Join the 4L’s for a festive edition of the What’s On the Telly series and our final one of its debut year. If you don’t know the gimmick by now, it’s simple – we chat about a couple of wrestling TV shows from this period in history, and nothing is off limits. Alan went chalk with the December 26th, 1994 episode of Monday Night Raw featuring the emergence of several new characters to the World Wrestling Federation, an all-star encounter pitting British Bulldog (sans braids) vs. Tatanaka, At Home With the Hitman, and the new WWF Champ Diesel in The King’s Court. Sarah pushed the boundaries just a little bit further with not one but two shows (how greedy), neither of which were wrestling related. But it’s the holidays, so we’ll allow it, and if you came to this wrestling podcast seeking “The Office” and “Lizzie McGuire” discussion, then you’ll be going home happy!
