WWE is taking advantage of this year’s Royal Rumble being in Florida by booking an NXT TV taping in Orlando during Rumble Weekend.
NXT will tour CFE Arena at the University of Central Florida on Friday night, January 22.
Top advertised stars are NXT champion Finn Balor, NXT Women’s champion Bayley, Samoa Joe, Baron Corbin, and Enzo Amore & Big Cass.
This is how WWE is marketing the taping: “Fans have been cramming into Full Sail University for more than three years to catch a glimpse of WWE’s next generation up close. Now, even more members of the WWE Universe will get the chance to see why the future is now at this massive event.”
Tickets go on-sale Saturday (Nov. 21) at 10:00 a.m. EST.
WWNLive will also be in the market during Rumble Weekend. However, there will not be head-to-head competition.
EVOLVE 53 takes place in Ybor City on Friday when NXT is in Orlando. Then, E54 and E55 take place in Orlando on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon, respectively.
