Ric Flair said on his “Whoo! Nation” podcast that he was not given a heads up on the Reid Flair angle Monday night on Raw. Flair said he was upset watching it play out, but he’s not going to express his opinion to WWE. He said that his daughter, Divas champion Charlotte, was not in the position to say “no” at this stage of her career. (Read the Full Report with quotes from Flair.)

– WWE NETWORK HIGHLIGHTS: “Undertaker Week” continues with “The Undertaker’s Gravest Matches” early-released at 4:00 p.m. EST and again at 9:00 p.m. following NXT at 8:00 p.m.

– E! announced that “The Soup” show is no more. The long-running satire show hosted by Joel McHale will end on December 18. “The Soup” recently held WWE specials over the past few holiday seasons. E!’s press release included The Miz in a list of celebrities who have appeared on the show.

Jim Ross published a new blog at jrsbarbq.com reviewing Monday’s Raw, the build-up to Survivor Series, and the show-closing angle involving Charlotte and Paige. Ross also reacted to the use of Reid Flair in the promo exchange: “After hearing the line and being able to think about it, I’ll play post-Raw quarterback and say I’d have passed on using it.”

– The female lead has been finalized in the “Baywatch” movie re-make starring “The Rock” Dwayne Johnson. Alexandra Daddario, who co-starred in “San Andreas” with The Rock, has grabbed the role for the Paramount project, reports Deadline.com. The top three cast members are set with Rock, Daddario, and Zac Efron, who will be the love interest of Daddario’s “Summer” character.

– Former TNA Knockout Lei’D Tapa is training 2-3 times per day at the American Top Team facility in Florida for her MMA debut, reports former TMZ producer Ryan Satin. Tapa is scheduled to make her MMA debut on New Year’s Eve in Japan for Rizin Fighting, scheduled to air on Spike TV.

– WWE top star John Cena checked in with his latest reflective Twitter message during his time off.
