– Tonight’s edition of WWE NXT on WWE Network will be Part 2 of a “Best Of” show reviewing 2015. WWE then returns to Full Sail University on Thursday to tape the next set of shows to begin 2016.

– TNA is in Bethlehem, Pa. tonight for Night 2 of 5 of their Impact/PPV taping series. Advertised for in-ring action at the Impact taping are Kurt Angle, Ethan Carter III, Drew Galloway, Matt Hardy, The Wolves, Gail Kim, and more stars.

– PODCAST RECAP: “Stone Cold” Steve Austin broke down his WWF Title match against Kurt Angle at the 2001 Unforgiven PPV in the latest edition of the “Stone Cold Show.” Details on the must-hear episode at PWPodcasts.com.

One of the contestants on Austin’s “Broken Skull Challenge” show on CMT was profiled by a local newspaper. 25-year-old firefighter Larissa Conroy of Florida will be featured on the next episode this Sunday, January 10.

– WWE World Hvt. champion Roman Reigns and the Bella Twins are scheduled to appear on ABC’s “Good Morning America” Thursday morning from New York City. The trio are slotted for the 8:00 a.m. EST hour.

– UFC is teasing the first MMA opponent for C.M. Punk. On UFC president Dana White’s new video series “Lookin’ For A Fight,” new MMA fighter Mickey Gall called out Punk for a fight. Gall, 23, has one professional bout on his record. “Hey Dana White, I don’t know if C.M. Punk has an opponent, but I would love to fight that man!” Gall said.

– New Japan has announced the match line-ups for their annual “Fantastica Mania” Tour with CMLL running January 17 through 24. Shinsuke Nakamura is on the tour along with top stars Kazuchika Okada and Tanahashi, there will be CMLL Title matches, and the tour concludes with Volador, Jr. vs. Mephisto for the NWA World Historic Weltweight Title. The last three shows on Jan. 22-24 will be held at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo.

The first match of the tour on Jan. 17 has a particularly strong main event of Okada & Ultimo Guerrero & Gedo vs. Tanahashi & Jusin Liger & Mistico in a six-man tag match. (Full Match Line-ups at PuroresuSpirit.net)

Luke Harper of the Wyatt Family talked to Chad Dukes of 106.7 CBS DC Radio about his desire to hold top titles in WWE despite his current henchman role in the Wyatts group.

“I want to be the World Hvt. champion, on my own, I want to be the Intercontinental champion, want to be the U.S. champion, wanna be a Tag champion, I personally want all of that for myself. But at the same time, I have brothers at arms that we are very successful together and I understand that part of it, too,” Harper said. “I don’t know why I would be here if I didn’t want a championship. We’ve dominated lots of people, we’ve beat up lots of people, we’ve sent a lot of messages, we’ve been successful, but there’s another level of success that we have yet to attain and that we want to attain.”

– For what it’s worth right now, WWE’s official Twitter account re-tweeted a photo of NXT champion Finn Balor as his former persona Prince Devitt posing with the Bullet Club faction. The photo includes upcoming WWE signees Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows, who would be returning to WWE after runs as Festus and Luke Gallows.

– WWNLive is teasing a series of matches featuring rising star Ethan Page for the EVOLVE 53-55 tour in Florida during Royal Rumble Weekend. Page is calling it the “Ethan Page Trial Series.”

– The latest edition of wrestling artist Rob Schamberger’s YouTube series focuses on Steve Austin.
