– Brock Lesnar vs. Dean Ambrose? Dean Ambrose vs. Triple H? Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar? Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns? Roman Reigns vs. Dean Ambrose? Those are some of the WrestleMania match possibilities that were thrown out during Monday’s Raw. Of course, the expectation is Hunter vs. Reigns, but WWE was all over the map Monday night and really de-emphasized the Hunter-Reigns issue that for one night it got people thinking about other possibilities. The most interesting aspect was Ambrose suddenly having a singular issue with Lesnar. It was refreshing and felt different than typical fare.

John Cena continues to knock out his injury recovery goals. Cena posted a workout video showing him being able to squat a bar as part of his recovery from shoulder surgery. Yes, it is possible Cena returns early for WrestleMania. After all, it’s John Cena.

– TNA tag team Beer Money (Bobby Roode & James Storm) conducted an insightful interview with the U.K. Huffington Post while on the European Tour. Roode acknowledged that the TNA brand “has been damaged in the last couple of years” and Storm acknowledged that TNA needs to focus on long-term storylines when “there have been a lot of times in TNA where things have been hot-shotted or just rushed.” Both are optimistic that recent TNA issues will be addressed.

Storm also addressed returning to TNA after talking to Triple H about an NXT offer. “He understood that I have a family to provide for. For me it was the right decision both for my career and for my family,” Storm said.

– VIP tickets for the “WaleMania” event on March 31 in Dallas are sold out. General Admission tickets are now available for $15 through the MLW podcast. The event is scheduled to feature a live podcast with Konnan, Court Bauer, and MSL followed by a live Wale concert. (Info at MLWRadio.com)

– Staying in the region, Carolina Panthers star defender Josh Norman wore a Panthers lucha libre mask at Monday’s big NFL media session for the Super Bowl. Norman wore it throughout his interview time, which was highlighted on SportsCenter.
