Before the Smackdown taping officially began, they taped a segment with Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows running out to beat down jobbers. Brief promo as well.
4/14 Smackdown SPOILERS
Miz TV kicked off Smackdown. Zack Ryder interrupted and challenged IC champion Miz. However, Ryder was already scheduled to face Baron Corbin.
(1) Baron Corbin beat Zack Ryder. Post-match beat down, but Dolph Ziggler made the save.
(2) Enzo Amore & Big Cass beat The Ascension in a First Round Tag Tournament contender match.
(3) A.J. Styles beat Alberto Del Rio.
(4) The Vaudevillians beat Golden Truth (Goldust & R-Truth) in a First Round Tag Tournament contender match.
(5) Sami Zayn beat Chris Jericho via DQ in the main event. Kevin Owens and Dean Ambrose were ringside on commentary.
I usually skip Smackdown nowadays. Ill watch one of the videos on Youtube if it seems important but that’s it. Enzo and Cass are the soul reasons I will go and watch this episode tomorrow night, even after seeing the spoilers.
