Jeff Hardy vs. Matt Hardy meant something to TNA viewers on Tuesday night…

TNA Impact Viewership Tracking

April 19: TNA Impact drew 312,000 viewers in its solo timeslot at 9:00 p.m. EST on Pop TV.

This was up nine percent from 286,000 viewers last Tuesday in the first week without a replay.

It was the most viewers in the timeslot since the exact same audience on March 29 for Drew Galloway vs. Jeff Hardy for the TNA Title.

– DEMOGRAPHICS: Impact’s median age was 51.6 years-old, the youngest in two months.

As a result, Impact drew 133,000 adults 18-49 viewers, the most in the timeslot since January 26.

Impact also drew the most males 18-49 viewers in one month and the most females 18-49 viewers since January.

The audience split was 58 percent males 18-49 and 42 percent females 18-49.

Caldwell’s Analysis: The overall audience is a blip on the wrestling radar, but it’s good to see an uptick in viewership when a big match-up like Jeff vs. Matt is promoted in advance. The show is still not commanding the type of ad dollars to make Impact much of a money-maker for Pop, especially when the network has soap opera or acquired TV/movie series in the library that more fit with the demographics. But, any little bit, especially consistent female viewership over the past month, helps TNA right now.
