Randy Orton returning soon – who does he want to RKO?, comments on Cody Rhodes leaving, plus Orton Family addition

WWE CEO Vince McMahon announced Randy Orton’s imminent return on the WWE quarterly conference call earlier this month.

Step 2 was Orton resurfacing Wednesday on Twitter, along with WWE announcing that he and his wife are expecting a girl this fall.

“Been a while, what’s up to my 4.5-plus million?” Orton tweeted to his followers before noting that he’ll be back in the ring “sooner than later.”

Orton also replied to a follower who said it’s sad that Cody Rhodes left WWE. “Yes indeed,” Orton agreed. “One of the few people I legitimately considered a friend at work.”

As for who is on the current WWE roster, Orton said he’s looking forward to working with A.J. Styles, especially giving him an RKO.

“I think he’s a great addition to the roster. Stand-up guy,” Orton said. “Def looking forward to snatching him outta mid-air.”
