AAA’s “Lucha Libre World Cup” kicks off Friday – Rey Mysterio, TNA stars, Marufuji, women’s stars part of two-night tournament

AAA’s second-annual “Lucha Libre World Cup” kicks off Friday night and wraps Sunday in Mexico City.

There are eight male trios teams and four female trios teams in the separate tournaments that will be completed over two nights.

TNA is represented by several stars, both male and female, in the trios tournament.

Overall top stars include Rey Mysterio, Ethan Carter III, Johnny Mundo (John Morrison), Mil Muertes, Pentagon, Jr., Naomichi Marufuji, and Masato Tanaka.

Plus, female trios include Santana Garrett, Sienna and Allie from TNA, Cheerleader Melissa, and Aja Kong.
