WWE Smackdown Live Preview 7/26

WWE begins a new era for the Smackdown brand centered on WWE World Hvt. champion Dean Ambrose.

Authority figures Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan will be looking to determine Ambrose’s next big title challenger after Ambrose cleared The Shield Sunday night at the Battleground PPV.

Plus, A.J. Styles and John Cena will be continuing their issue on the Smackdown brand. Cena pinned Styles in a six-man tag match at Battleground, setting up a re-match scenario on TV or Summerslam.

Smackdown also has the services of Randy Orton, who called out Brock Lesnar at Battleground on Sunday. Orton is advertised for Smackdown, which would be his main WWE TV debut this year.

Also advertised for the Smackdown taping are Bray Wyatt and Raw roster members Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins.

For the live crowd in Buffalo, N.Y., WWE is advertising a bonus main event of Cena & Ambrose & Reigns vs. Styles & Rollins & Wyatt in a six-man tag match.
