Premiere Date for The Rock’s Fuse TV project

August 10 Update: One of “The Rock” Dwayne Johnson’s new TV projects has a release date.

Rock’s Seven Bucks Productions will be premiering “Clash of the Corps” on Wednesday, October 5 on Fuse TV.

The TV series goes “inside the drum corps world” to highlight an all-star battle. Production was scheduled to wrap up this month.

“The Rock” Dwayne Johnson’s production company has a new TV show in the works. They also have a network partner in the form of Fuse TV, which has greenlit an eight-episode series on marching bands.

Rock’s “Seven Bucks Productions” is filming the new series titled “Hard Corps” focusing on marching band competition. Production began in November and will run through August 2016 when a world championship is held in Indianapolis.

The series will mainly focus on two all-star teams from Pennsylvania and Northern California.

“The entertainers have incredible tenacity, drive, and a hardcore commitment to excellence. Viewers will be on the edge of their seats seeing who comes out on top.” Johnson said in Thursday’s  announcement.

Dany Garcia, Johnson’s ex-wife/business partner at Seven Bucks, added: “At Seven Bucks we are passionate about shining a light on the hardworking and the talented. This group of performers fall into both of those categories.”

The news was reported by Deadline and Variety within the entertainment industry.
