Alberto Del Rio is getting back in a wrestling ring for a new U.S.-based lucha promotion, Lucha Ilimitado, following his WWE exit.

Del Rio, going back to his non-WWE name of Alberto El Patron, is scheduled to face Rey Mysterio on October 12 in Yakima, Washington.

L.I. has booked the SunDome in Yakima, where WWE runs when they are in the market.

Also scheduled for the show are MVP, Juventud Guerrera, Psicosis, Nex-Gen champion Sonjay Dutt, and Lucha Underground star Fenix.

[ FYI: Lucha Ilimitado is owned by ChuteVerks, LLC, a joint venture of New York-based film and television companies Lost Colony Entertainment and Vrai Moi Films. ]
