WWE has officially acquired the building and real estate property in Stamford, Conn. that houses their TV production facility.

WWE filed a 117-page document with the SEC on Thursday detailing the property transaction acquiring the property located at 88 Hamilton Ave. in a bankruptcy sale from the previous owner.

WWE was a tenant of the property for the past 16 years before acquiring the entire building and land for $26.9 million under its subsidiary of “WWE Real Estate Holdings, LLC.”

The transaction breaks down as WWE paying the seller $2.0 million, paying the lender $1.9 million to assume financial obligations, and setting up a new building loan of $23 million.

The loan matures in July 2025, where WWE will be required to make a balloon payment.

The “note and mortgage assumption agreement” was executed on September 13 and the building/land was officially acquired on Sept. 14 before WWE filed the SEC document on Sept. 15.

Full Details on the agreement reported to the SEC.
