NEWS ITEMS: WWE Network among those affected by cyber attack, Lashley MMA fight tonight, Paige, Heyman on Punk and Goldberg

-WWE Network was down earlier this afternoon due to some widespread Internet outages due to suspected EDOS cyberattacks. Twitter, Netflix, and Reddit were among those affected.

-We will have live coverage of Bobby Lashley’s fight tonight on Bellator 162 airing live on Spike TV. Lashley, most recently a TNA World Hvt. Champion, takes on Josh Appelt. Lashley, age 40, has a 14-2 fight record. He last fought in MMA about a year ago, a knockout win over James Thompson. -Paul Heyman was the guest of Jonathan Coachman on the “Off The Top Rope: One Word” segment for ESPN. Regarding fatherhood, he said the one word to describe it is “breath” and he added, “They are my reason for existing. They have completely changed my life.” Heyman then joked that one of his kids looks an awful lot like Coachman and said he’s been meaning to talk to him about that. Regarding C.M. Punk, Heyman said: “Rebellious.” He called New York City “heaven.” ECW: “Revolutionary.” NXT: “Evolutionary.” Regarding Goldberg: “Conquerable.”

-Suspended WWE wrestler Paige had neck surgery last week. She wrote on Twitter: “Tampa airport. I just had neck surgery. I can’t raise my hands about my head for screening. Don’t cuss me out I will still kick your ass.”
