DARK MATCH

(A) Tian Bing beat Blake in a dark match.

TAPINGS

DIY opened show to huge pop. We’re interrupted by Authors of Pain then Revival. AOP pushed Revival down to the ground. Promo ended with staredown between DIY and AOP.

(1) Eric Young & Alexander Wolfe pinned Rich Swann & No Way Jose. SAnity came out without Sawyer Fulton and threw his jacket down on the ramp, implying he was kicked out of the group. Big Damo showed up and grabbed Fulton’s jacket, hinting he was the replacement. He then tossed it on the ramp.

(2) Ember Moon beat Kimber Lee with her top rope stunner.

(3) Heavy Machinery (Otis & Knight) beat Johnny Knockout & Brendan Knight.

There were then four straight single matches to determine a who would be in a fatal four way for the #1 Contendership to Samoa Joe’s title.

(4) Tye Dillinger beat Eric Young by DQ when Nikki Cross interfered. Big Damo appeared and beat down Rye. He appeared to join SAnity. Hard to know background when you don’t see backstage skits.

(5) Andrade Almas beat No Way Jose .

(6) Roderick Strong beat Elias Sampson.

(7) Bobby Roode beat Oney Lorcan.

(8) Peyton Royce beat Sarah Bridges (Crazy Mary Dobson).

(9) Shinsuke Nakamura squashed Patrick Clark.

[Break]

(10) Billie Kay beat Daria Berenato.

(11) Authors of Pain squashed two enhancement wrestlers. This was the most brutal beating in a squash I have ever seen at Full Sail. One of the AOPs powerbombed one of the jobbers, then the other AOP powerbombed the other jobber on top of him. It appeared their heads hit each other. Trainers ran out and tended to other. One guy looked concussed and was helped to back by two trainers. His eyes were glazed over. Crowd gave him standing ovation.

(12) Bobby Roode won fatal four way to become #1 contender.  Andrade Almas out first with Roddy kick. Roddy out with Tybreaker. Dillinger out with impaler DDT.

(13) DIY beat Revival with finisher to retain titles. This felt like a going away match for Revival. The crowd at the end chanted “You deserve it” and they sold it.
