A frigid night for a Wrestling show

(1) Finn Balor & Karl Anderson (w/Luke Gallows) beat Curtis Axel & Bo Dallas. Decent match. Oddly enough, Anderson worked the hot-tag, but Balor picked up the pin with a Coup de Grace.

(2) Hideo Itami beat TJP. The crowd took a long time to come around, but by the end they were into the match. Hideo went over with what appears to be a somewhat modified GTS.

(3) Heath Slater & Rhyno defeated The Revival with a small package. The Revival spent most of the match cutting off the ring and the crowd couldn’t help but chant “ECW” for Rhyno.

(4) Sasha Banks & Mickie James defeated Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville after a Bank Statement. Sonya delivered some pretty stiff looking knee-shots to Mickie James. Absolution had a pretty good showing.

(5) Braun Strowman beat Elias. The crowd was really into Elias, both charismatic and a heat-seeker. Braun got a massive reaction and defeated him rather quickly and proceeded to give extra running powerslams following the pinfall.

*Intermission*

(6) Alexa Bliss defeated Bayley and Nia Jax to retain the Women’s Championship in a Triple Threat match. The heels teamed up for the first half of the match, but eventually Alexa tried to betray Nia which lead to a repeat of the slap-scream spot. Alexa ended up stealing the pin from Nia on Bayley.

(7) Matt Hardy beat Bray Wyatt with a Twist of Fate. Bray got down on his knees and offered to join the Woken Warriors. Matt, in his wisdom, declined and attacked him.

(8) The Shield (Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins) defeated The Bar via DQ so The Bar retained the Raw Tag Team Championships. They worked the crowd into a fever pitch. Roman and Seth had Shamus beat. However, Cesaro intervened with a chairshot, giving the Shield a DQ win. The event ended with the Seth and Roman handing out finishers to the Bar.
