New Japan announces several additional U.S. shows this fall, Boston Red Sox hosting a WWE night next week

-New Japan Pro Wrestling announced today at a press conference that they will be promoting another live event in Long Beach, Calif. at the Walter Pyramid on Sept. 30. The event is titled “The Fighting Spirit Unleashed.” New Japan also announced a two-day event on Nov. 10-11 in Anaheim, Calif. at the Anaheim Convention Center called “The Lions Break” which will feature their younger wrestlers being showcased.

-New Japan’s live event in San Francisco, Calif. tomorrow night (July 7) in San Francisco, Calif. at the Cow Palace airs live on AXS TV headlined by Kenny Omega defending his IWGP Title against Cody in the main event. -The Boston Red Sox will host a “Wednesday Night Smackdown” on July 11 as the team takes on the Texas Rangers. Fans attending the game will have the opportunity to have a meet-and-greet with Kofi ingestion and receive a limited-edition Dustin Pedrioa WWE bobblehead standing in a wrestling ring sporting a championship over his shoulder.
