SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...

NWA has released the latest Ten Pounds of Gold Video titled “Down The Road.” The video features a lot of footage from interviews that were held after matches in front of fans. Footage of new NWA National Champion Willy Mack and Jazz fielding questions from fans after their matches is show. The video also features footage of Cody after losing the NWA Worlds Championship to Nick Aldis at NWA 70 in the main event.

Cody is shown signing autographs in the parking lot outside the venue where NWA 70 took place and he tells one fan how disappointed he was to lose the title. Later in the video Cody gives some cryptic comments about the situation talking about all of the political parties involved with him including rights and exclusivity. It isn’t clear exactly what Cody is talking about when he makes those comments, but it matches up with multiple sources telling PWTorch that Cody wasn’t happy about dropping having to drop the title at NWA 70.

The end of the video features Aldis talking about being a changed man after he lost the NWA Worlds Championship to Cody at “All In” and why he is now more dangerous than ever and is looking for a bigger fish than Cody to face him for his title. Aldis said he and the NWA are just starting now.
