SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...

This week’s Smackdown (Nov. 27) drew a 1.57 rating among live and same-night-DVR viewers on USA Network. That’s up from last week’s 1.52 and below the two-weeks-ago rating fo 1.63. It matches the ten-week rolling average rating headed into this week.

Viewership was 2.264 million, outdrawing the third hour of Raw.

The 2018 average so far is 1.74, below the 1.75 average through this week a year ago.

Smackdown finished on top of the Tuesday cable ratings in the 18-49 demographic with a 0.8 rating, but it was well below the other top rated 18-49 demo show, “Curse of Oak Island” on History Channel, which drew 50 percent more viewers overall outside of the 18-49 demo. Only five shows on cable drew a rating 0.5 or higher among 18-49 year olds. The no. 2 show in overall viewers was Rachel Maddow on MSNBC. Smackdown finished third in overall viewership.
