SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...

The March 18 episode of Monday Night Raw drew a 1.94 rating, down from the 1.97 and 1.98 the previous two weeks.

One year ago this week Raw drew a 2.24 rating and two years ago this week it drew a 2.12 rating.

The hourly viewership dropped each hour, beginning with 2.810 million, then 2.717 million, and 2.559 million. That’s a first-to-third hour dropoff of 251,000, which is below the 2019 average headed ito the week of 421,000.

The main event of Raw was Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre, plus a Ronda Rousey title defense and a satellite Batista interview. All three hours topped cable ratings in the coveted 18-49 demographic, and positions 3 through 5 (for each hour of Raw) in total viewership, behind Tucker Carlson on Fox News and Rachel Maddow on MSNBC.
