NJPW announces return of BOSJ tournament in May

Best of the Super Juniors tournament is returning to its traditional spot on the NJPW calandar.

NJPW has announced that Best of the Super Juniors 29 will begin on May 15. The tournament will conclude in Tokyo on June 3.

Participants for the tournament have not been announced yet.

Best of the Super Juniors took place later in the year than usual in both 2020 and 2021, as due to the pandemic, NJPW chose to run the BOSJ alongside the World Tag League beginning in November.

The following dates and locations have been announed for BOSJ 29:

  • May 15 in Aichi
  • May 17 in Yamagata
  • May 18 in Miyagi
  • May 19 in Aomori
  • May 21 in Aomori
  • May 22 in Akita
  • May 24 in Tokyo at Korakuen Hall
  • May 25 in Tokyo at Korakuen Hall
  • May 26 in Tokyo at Korakuen Hall
  • May 28 in Chiba
  • May 29 in Tokyo at Ota Ward General Gymnasium
  • May 31 in Toyama
  • June 3 in Tokyo at Nippon Budokan
