The Steiner Brothers added to 2022 WWE Hall of Fame class

The Steiner Brothers are entering the WWE Hall Of Fame class of 2022.

The Steiner Brothers will be inducted as part of the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2022. The company confirmed an announcement by The Ringer on Monday morning.

Rick and Scott Steiner join Vader, Sharmell, and The Undertaker as the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2022. The Steiner Brothers began their run as a tag team in 1989 and won multiple tag team championships in the NWA and WCW. The team joined WWE in 1993 and wrestled at WrestleMania 9. They are two-time WWE Tag Team Champions. Rick Steiner’s son, Bron Breakker, is a former NXT Champion and is scheduled to face Dolph Ziggler for that championship at NXT Stand and Deliver on the afternoon of Saturday April 2. That event marks NXT’s first event outside of Florida since the pandemic began in March of 2020.

The WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony will air live on Peacock on Friday April 1 from Dallas, Texas. The event officially kicks of WrestleMania weekend for the WWE. WrestleMania 38 is a two-night event on Saturday April 2 and Sunday April 3.

Matches on the card include Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar for the Undisputed World Championship, Ronda Rousey vs. Charlotte Flair for the Smackdown Women’s Championship, Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship, Logan Paul & The Miz vs. The Mysterios, Edge vs. A.J. Styles, Sami Zayn vs. Johnny Knoxville, Austin Theory vs. Pat McAfee, Drew McIntyre vs. Madcap Moss, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin on the KO Show with Kevin Owens, and more.
