New NXT North American Champion crowned at Stand and Deliver

Cameron Grimes in the new NXT North American Champion.

Grimes defeated Grayson Waller, Solo Sikoa, Carmelo Hayes, and Santos Escobar in a ladder match in the opening match of NXT Stand and Deliver. This is the first championship for Grimes in company.

Grimes joined WWE in 2019. Throughout his time with the company Grimes has had memorable feuds with Dexter Lumis and LA Knight. The program with Knight featured The Million Dollar Man, Ted Dibiase and the million dollar championship belt.

In addition to the North American Championship title change, the Tag Team Championship changes hands as well. MSK defeated Imperium and The Creed Brothers to win the belts. This is MSK’s second run as the tag team champions.

MSK made their debut in early 2020. They formerly were a part of Impact Wrestling as members of The Rascalz.
