(1) ELAYNA BLACK vs. HEATHER BY ELEGANCE (w/The Concierge & Mr. Elegance)
Heather got the advantage through underhanded means. Black made a comeback and won the match clean with her finisher.
WINNER: Elayna Black in 5:00.
-Gia Miller interviewed Ryan Nemeth. He claimed that Matt Hardy attacked him last week but admitted that he didn’t see who attacked him. He boasted that he was part of the greatest wrestling family. [c]
-Daria Rae informed Jason Hotch that he would be facing Agent Zero tonight, at Mustafa Ali’s request. Mila Moore stepped in and Daria said Mila would be the special referee.
-Frankie Kazarian’s King Speech Segment. Avery Styles was the guest. Frankie unveiled a crown and coronated himself as the king. He said he earned it by being so good for so long. Moose interrupted. He said Frankie looked ridiculous. Moose got in the ring. He said that Frankie got lucky at Lockdown. He said the word “bitch” came to mind when he looked at the crown. Moose challenged Frankie to a match next week. Frankie said he had nothing to gain. Moose said no one in the locker room would look at Frankie as a king unless he faced Moose next week. Frankie accepted the match, but added the condition that Moose had to put his TNA career on the line. Moose accepted. Avery and Frankie left the ring. [c]
-Gia Miller interviewed Gabby Forza about her match tonight. Gabby was excited about getting a title match and said she was inspired to win by the gnomes and gnomes love gold.
(2) FABIAN AICHNER vs. ROHIT RAJU
This was a qualifier for the X Division scramble match at Bound for Glory. Rohit is a former X Division champion but hasn’t been around in a while. KC Navarro sat in on commentary. The action spilled to the floor and Rohit threw Aichner into the ring steps. Back in the ring, Rohit hit a succession of moves for a two count. Aichner chopped Rohit and gave him a crossbody block. Aichner got a two count after a moonsault. Rohit nailed Aichner with a knee and got a two count. Rohit gave Aichner a DDT and got another two count. Aichner clotheslined Rohit. Aichner powerbombed Rohit for the pin.
WINNER: Fabian Aichner in 6:00.
(D.L.’s Take: The result wasn’t really in doubt, but Rohit made a good showing and would make a solid addition to the X Division).
-Personality profile video on Zoey Serrano tracing her childhood interest in wrestling, getting injured, and making a comeback. She said she needs to stay true to herself. She said she is the new face of the Knockouts Division. [c]
(3) JASON HOTCH vs. SPECIAL AGENT ZERO
As announced earlier, Mila Moore was the special referee. The match was joined in progress. John Skyler sat in on commentary. Zero had the advantage and got a two count after a legdrop. Hotch kicked Zero in the back of the head. He went for a pin, but Mila made a slow count. Zero regained the advantage. Hotch made a comeback with strikes. Hotch went for a splash and the pin, but Mila checked her nails instead of making the count. Tasha Steelz got in the ring and argued with Mila. They fought. Tasha took the referee shirt off of Mila and put it on. Tasha made a fast count and gave Hotch the victory.
WINNER: Jason Hotch in 4:00.
(D.L.’s Take: Not much of a match. It was mostly a device to keep the Order 4 vs. Hotch feud going.)
-The Injury Report featured Jeff Hardy, Ryan Nemeth, BDE, and Matt Hardy.
-Gabby Forza and Xia Brookside were shown on their way to the ring. [c]
-Leon Slater approached Matt Hardy backstage and said he would have Matt’s back in his match tonight. Jason Hotch thanked Slater and encouraged him to win at Bound for Glory.
(4) XIA BROOKSIDE (c) vs. GABBY FORZA — TNA Knockouts Title match
Xia got the upper hand with some stomps and punches. Forza fought back with clotheslines and an airplane spin. Gabby splashed Xia in the corner. Gabby gave Xia an Oklahoma Stampede and a Vader Bomb. Xia was able to get her foot on the ropes during the pin attempt. Xia walked off with the belt. Indi Hartwell confronted Xia in the aisle. Daria Rae followed Indi. Xia got in the ring and hit Gabby with the belt while the referee was distracted with Indi and Daria. Xia got the pin. [c]
WINNER: Xia Brookside in 6:00.
(D.L.’s Take: It was too short to really get going. Gabby is slowly getting fan support, but the gnome gimmick may take awhile to catch on. We are another step closer to Indi getting the elusive title shot).
-Kiera Hogan told Allie she would be facing M By Elegance next week for the Knockouts TV Title.
-Elijah was in the ring with his guitar to perform. He dedicated his song to The System. Alisha Edwards quickly interrupted. The System followed her to ringside. Elijah and Eddie Edwards went back and forth on the mic. Eddie said that Ricky Sosa was on the top of their hit list and if Elijah wasn’t careful, he would be next on the list. Sosa’s music hit and he ran to the ring. He challenged The System to a tag team match next week. Eddie agreed.
-Matt Hardy sat in the dressing room and had a discussion with Jeff Hardy’s alter-ego Willow. A production worker stepped in and Willow wasn’t there. It appeared that Matt was talking to himself. [c]
-Leon Slater was shown beaten up backstage.
(5) RICH SWANN vs. VINCENT (w/Dutch)
Swann charged Vincent at the bell and they brawled. Hannifan said that no one has heard from BDE since The Righteous kidnapped him last week. Vincent got the advantage in the match. Swann battled back. Swann kicked Dutch off the apron and did a dive on him. Back in the ring, Swann accidentally kicked the referee. Vincent attacked Swann from behind. Vincent motioned to the stage. BDE walked out like a zombie in all white. BDE teased hitting Swann, but he gave Vincent a cutter instead. Swann gave Vincent a splash and got the pin. Swann and BDE celebrated.
WINNER: Rich Swann in 5:00.
-Matt Hardy and Nic Nemeth were shown on their way to the ring. [c]
(6) NIC NEMETH (c) vs. MATT HARDY — TNA World Title match
This was a No DQ match. The match immediately went to the floor. Matt pulled a table from under the ring, but Nic put it back. Matt leaned the table against the ring. Matt suplexed Nic through the table. [c]
Matt superplexed Nic. Nic gave Matt a Famouser for a two count. Matt clotheslined Nic. Matt ran Nic’s head into the turnbuckles. Nic superkicked Matt. Matt sent Nic into the table but it didn’t break. Matt drove Nic through the table on the second attempt. Matt gave Nic a Twist of Fate on a chair. The referee made the count but Ryan Nemeth pulled him out of the ring before he got to three.
Matt gave Ryan a Twist of Fate on the floor. Matt gave Nic a Twist of Fate in the ring, but Nic got his foot on the rope during the pin. Matt put Ryan through a table at ringside. Nic gave Ryan a low blow and got a two count. Nic got a wremch from under the ring. Matt gave Nic a low blow and got a two count. Nic hit Matt in the head with the wrench and got the pin.
WINNER: Nic Nemeth in 13:00.
(D.L.’s Take: They used the weapons and interference as smoke and mirrors, but the fans were into it and seemed entertained. The Nemeths vs. Hardys feud continues.)
