SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...

NXT star Tyler Breeze made his WWE TV debut on this week’s Smackdown episode.

During a Miz TV segment involving Dolph Ziggler and Summer Rae, Breeze was introduced as Summer’s new love interest.

A fight between Ziggler and Breeze broke out, with Breeze standing tall to end the segment.

Before this week’s Smackdown episode aired, WWE’s website spoiled Breeze’s long-awaited debut that took place at Tuesday night’s TV taping in Austin, Texas.

Perhaps the most interesting part about Breeze’s debut is that Ziggler said in an interview several weeks ago that he wanted to be separate from Breeze when he gets called up to the main roster because of their similarities.

Asked by entertainment reporter Chris Van Vliet about facing Breeze, Ziggler downplayed the idea, saying he just wants Breeze to be his own person. Like, he’s trying to be his own person and not Shawn Michaels.
