– Happy Halloween! It’s a light wrestling weekend, but WWE does have one main roster show in Billings, Montana headlined by Roman Reigns. This is billed as WWE’s first trip in 10 years. The following card is advertised:

  • Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose vs. Bray Wyatt & Braun Strowman in a Billings Street Fight.
  • WWE Tag Title match: New Day vs. Prime Time Players.
  • Sheamus vs. Jack Swagger.
  • Dolph Ziggler vs. Tyler Breeze (w/Summer Rae).

– WWE NETWORK HIGHLIGHTS: Saturday’s new programming includes “This Week in WWE” airing at 3:00 p.m. EST. The half-hour recap show then replays throughout the evening. Notably, WWE has added a “NEW” tag on their official Network programming schedule.

– The latest Sam Roberts podcast includes an interview with NXT call-up Tyler Breeze. Breeze talked about being the equivalent of Dolph Ziggler at NXT – constantly losing to make others look better. Breeze said it shows WWE trusted him in key matches, such as losing to Jushin Liger at the Brooklyn “NXT Takeover” special. (Full Podcast Recap at PWPodcasts.com)

– ESPN’s latest wrestling-related documentary project is on Ric Flair, according to Flair’s talent agency. Legacy Talent & Entertainment announced that they began shooting a “30 for 30” film on Flair this week. “We are honored to work with such a prestigious group on a project we are so passionate about!” they announced.

– The Pontiac Silverdome is scheduled for demolition in Spring 2016, reports the Detroit News. The Silverdome, which hosted WrestleMania 3 for Hulk Hogan vs. Andre the Giant and Randy Savage vs. Ricky Steamboat, has been marked for demolition after the property failed to sell for a $30 million asking price. An investment group bought the property for a mere $583,000 in 2009. Now they plan to demolish the stadium and build “stores, offices, a hotel, and light manufacturing.”

– Former UFC fighter Seth Petruzelli is working out with a variety of WWE talent in Florida as their official “striking coach.” Included is Becky Lynch, who was pictured with Petruzelli at a recent session.

Bill Goldberg is scheduled to attend a screening for his latest movie, “Check Point.” The screening is set for November 5 at the American Film Market in in Santa Monica, Calif. The film is produced by Chasing Butterflies Pictures and Vision Films is handling the international sales.

– WWE Diva Cameron (Ariane Andrew) continues to try her hand at pop music, releasing a new single and music video, “Wrong Number.” The theme of the song is anti-bullying, according to a preview at TheDrum.com.

Paul Heyman appeared on Fox Sports 1’s World Series Game 3 pre-show Friday night. Heyman was live at the FS1 studios in Los Angeles for a skit involving studio hosts Jay Onrait and Dan O’Toole, who have been squeezed out of live World Series coverage.
