Radican Unboxes #3 – Inside the “Pro Wrestling Crate”

By Sean Radican, PWTorch columnist

RadicanSean_profileThe first PWTorch.com monthly unboxing video for ProWrestlingCrate.com features an unboxing of the January 2016 crate, which was curated by KayfabeNews.com. Pro Wrestling Crate was founded by Jake & Derek from the limited edition wrestling t-shirt site TopRopeTuesday.com and Mick Foley.

The aim for each crate is to have a pro wrestling personality curate the crate. Each crate will come with a shirt, collectibles, and merchandise that you won’t find anywhere else unless you subscribe to the monthly service.

Pro Wrestling Crate has only been in existence for three months, but they’ve already had a couple of fantastic crates with Mick Foley curating the first crate in November and The Blue Meanie curating the second crate in December. The collectibles and shirts included in the crates previous to the January crate were very appealing.

Each crate costs $29.95, which includes shipping. If you commit to longer than a monthly subscription, you can get a significant discount. One cool thing about Pro Wrestling Crate’s service is there are no additional charges for customers that need a shirt 2XL and above.

As you will see in the unboxing video, Pro Wrestling Crate has by far the most professional-looking box I’ve seen for a wrestling-themed subscription box. The box was even sealed with a sticker featuring the curator’s logo, which was a nice touch as well.

And now to the unboxing video!

Obviously, there are several pro wrestling mystery boxes on the market now. Depending on what you’re looking for if you want to subscribe to a mystery box, Pro Wrestling Crate was very appealing. KayfabeNews.com did a great job curating this crate and including some hilarious items including the pen and magic smark ball.

You can purchase a subscription to Wrestle Crate by visiting ProWrestlingCrate.com. You can also follow them on Twitter @PWCrate. Act fast, as the deadline to order the February crate is Feb. 15. The next crate will have a 80s theme according to the teased on the website.
