TNA Wrestling announced Friday that “Hurricane” Helms has signed a “multi-year agreement” with TNA.

Helms, who is going by Gregory Shane Helms on TNA TV, is working behind-the-scenes and on-camera for TNA.

“Shane has been an integral part of the behind the scenes operations of Impact Wrestling and we look forward to having him part of the team for years to come,” said TNA executive John Gaburick.

Helms has been part of TNA’s X Division by endorsing indies star Trevor Lee, who recently won the X Division Title from Tigre Uno.
