SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...

TORCH TODAY – Sunday, April 24, 2016

– What a wild weekend, mainly from the NXT tour that included Samoa Joe winning the NXT Title, Finn Balor teasing a farewell, and Shinsuke Nakamura being Nakamura.

Plus, the main WWE roster wrapped up a two-week European Tour that saw Papa Hunter team with Kevin Owens against Dean Ambrose and Sami Zayn.

Plus, down in Florida, TMDK and Nikki Storm made their NXT in-ring debuts. TMDK (Mikey Nicholls & Shane Haste) are like Nakamura being head-and-shoulders above their peers at the NXT developmental level. It’s only a matter of time until TMDK takes over the tag division after battling for position with American Alpha and The Revival.

Plus, WWE’s Global Cruiserweight Series kicked off Sunday in London with Zack Sabre, Jr. now officially official for the 32-person tournament field.
