Portylo noted there were conversations with WWE to get her into rehab, but it was not in time. Portylo says after thinking about the videos as a cry for help, he feels badly they were not able to help her in time.

Meanwhile, Laurer’s manager Anthony Anzaldo was lining up a special for the TV show “Intervention.”  There were plans to film an intervention at a rehab center, Anzaldo told TMZ in April.

Laurer is believed to have mixed pain medication and sleeping pills, which combined with a history of , appears to have caused her body to shut down. The official cause of death is still pending upon review by the L.A. County Coroner’s office.
