SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...

Adam Rose (Ray Leppan) was released by WWE on Monday (May 23).

WWE announced on their website that Leppan asked for his release from the company.

“WWE has granted Adam Rose’s request to be released, as of today, May 23, 2016. WWE wishes Rose the best in all his future endeavors,” WWE’s statement reads.

Leppan was suspended indefinitely following a domestic violence arrest earlier this month. He was already suspended 60 days for a Wellness Policy violation that he publicly disagreed with.

Leppan is scheduled to return to court in June to follow up on the domestic violence incident where he allegedly grabbed his wife, Cassandra, and then prevented her from completing a 911 call.
