Alberto Del Rio beat Zack Ryder in a Money in the Bank qualifying match. Del Rio is the sixth of seven entrants in the match.

– In the main event, The Miz (w/Maryse) beat Cesaro to retain the Intercontinental Title. (Video Clip)

Rusev beat Kalisto to retain the U.S. Title, clearing Kalisto’s re-match from the Extreme Rules PPV. (Video Clip)

Seth Rollins, the #1 contender to the WWE Title, returned to Smackdown for the first time this year to promote his WWE Title match against Roman Reigns at the MITB PPV. (Video Clip)

– The Women’s Title feud between Charlotte and Natalya continued from Extreme Rules. Charlotte beat Dana Brooke via DQ in a singles match when Charlotte interfered against Natalya. (Video Clip)

– After Smackdown went off the air, WWE World Hvt. champion Roman Reigns made an appearance. Reigns and The Usos beat The Club’s Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows and Sheamus in a six-man tag match.
