WWE Raw TV Preview 8/8

WWE returns to Anaheim, Calif. on Monday night (5:00 p.m. local time) for this week’s Raw TV in Week 3 of the brand split.

Included is Smackdown GM Daniel Bryan visiting Raw GM Mick Foley to discuss matters related to Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton “crashing” the other shows last week.

Neither Lesnar nor Orton is advertised for Monday’s Raw, setting up Bryan and Foley as surrogates to hype the Lesnar-Orton match at Summerslam.

Also concerning Summerslam is the latest build to Finn Balor vs. Seth Rollins for the first Universal Title.

Plus, follow-up on WWE tag champion Big E.’s “injury” at the hands of The Club last week on Raw.

Raw will also feature a guest-starring appearance by Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs.

The advertised talent roster for the Raw TV taping also includes Roman Reigns and Chris Jericho. Plus, Smackdown stars WWE World Hvt. champion Dean Ambrose, John Cena, and A.J. Styles.

Ambrose is scheduled for the “Stone Cold Podcast” on WWE Network after Raw, while Cena and Styles will likely be part of a post-Raw bonus main event.
