WWE announced late Friday that the Royal Rumble PPV is returning to the 60,000-seat Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas in January 2017.

Next year’s Rumble will take place Sunday, January 29, 2017, returning to the Sunday in-between the NFL Conference Title games and the Super Bowl on February 5 in Houston.

The Rumble was last held at the Alamodome 20 years ago in January 1997.

WWE’s 2017 Rumble will feature the 30-man Rumble match with Raw and Smackdown wrestlers competing for a title shot at WrestleMania 33 on April 2, 2017 in Orlando, Florida.

Tickets for the Rumble go on-sale Friday, October 14 at 10:00 a.m. CST through Ticketmaster outlets.
