Long lines outside the building to get in at 7:30, the scheduled start time. Apparently new security procedures were in place and a large number of fans were still in line when the show started. It was 70 percent full inside the building. Because of the long lines, we missed the first match.

(1) Finn Balor beat. Constable Corbin

(2) Zack Ryder & Bobby Roode & Titus World Wide beat Authors of Pain & Jinder Mahal & Mojo Rawley. Apollo worked hard.  Ryder sold a lot.  Jinder’s offense looked best. A hot tag by Bobby Roode led to him pinning Jinder after a DDT.  Roode and Ryder were over with crowd big!

(3) The Deleters of Worlds (Matt Hardy & Bray Wyatt) beat The Revival (Dash & Dawson). Lots of prematch antics by The Revival in this 15 min back and forth match.  Hardy pinned Dash after a Twist of Fate.  Scott Dawson is a great bump taker.

(4) Braun Strowman beat Kevin Owens in a Street fight. KO came out first selling being scared.  Braun came out to massive cheers. Kevin Owens delivered some awesome mic work.  Braun put KO through a table to get the win in about 10 minutes.  They didn’t do a lot, but had the crowd in the palms of their hands.  Braun is over huge!

Intermission

Elias ran down Salisbury and said he was leaving. Bobby Lashley came out and some really awkward mic interaction between the two followed. Lashley just isn’t good on the stick. Elias attacked Lashley from behind as they sing together.  Impressive stalling vertical suplex by Lashley. No match, just awkward.

(5) Ember Moon beat Alexa Bliss via DQ to retain the Raw Women’s Title.  Ember is super athletic. After some back and forth, Alicia Fox ran in for the DQ followed by Dana Brooke, Riott Squad, Sasha Banks, and Bayley entering the fray.

(6) Bayley & Sasha Banks & Ember Moon & Dana Brooke beat The Riott Squad & Alexa Bliss & Alicia Fox. Brooke looked better than I’ve seen before.  Bayley had KT tape on her lower back, apparently nursing a nagging injury. Ember hit the Eclipse on Alex, which was impressive in person. A Bayley-to-belly on Sarah Logan led to the win. The women were over pretty big with the crowd.

(7) Dolph Ziggler (w/Drew McIntyre) beat Roman Reigns via DQ to retain the IC Title. Great action. McIntyre looks like a million bucks. Drew was thrown out of ringside due to shenanigans. They worked hard. Drew ran back out for the disqualification.  Reigns then battled back on the double team and hit his finisher on both to send the crowd home happy.

Biggest pops: Bobby Roode, Braun Strowman, Roman Reigns, Sasha Banks, and Bayley.

Final Thoughts: Overall a good night.  Lots of families enjoying seeing the WWE come to town.
