Venue seemed close to a sell out with only a small number of emtpy seats. They had 2 or 3 broadcast announcer tables setup near the ring and the entrance to the ring. Most of the matches had a video package played explaining the storyline before the wrestlers made their entrances.

(1) Yuya Uemura & Yota Tsuji & Ayato Yoshida defeated Ren Narita & Shota Umino & Tomoaki Honma. Solid opener. All six men were impressive. There was some good grappling mid-match. After several submission attempts, Tsuji tapped out to the Boston Crab applied by Umino.

(2) Chase Owens & Yujiro Takahashi & Kota Ibushi vs. Toa Henare & Togi Makube & Hiroshi Tanahashi when Owens pinned Henry. Ibushi would high-five instead of doing the “too sweet” sign which the crowd found funny. He also didn’t want to do heel tactics for most of the match. There was a cool sequence of moves when Tanahashi and Ibushi were facing off.

(3) Chuckie T & Bretta & Toru Yano & Kazuchika Okada beat Tanga Loa & Tama Tonga & B.L. Fale & Jay White via DQ. Okada immediately went for an attack when he entered the ring. The heels were working the crowd. There was a lot of brawling in and out of the ring. Yano did some comedy and was hit with a kendo stick by Gedo early on. Gedo attacked Okada for the DQ finish. Okada was being beaten down and Hiroshi Tanahashi came down for the save. Okada left quick after the save.

Super Jr. Tag League matches

(4) Tiger Mask & Jushin Thunder Liger defeated vs. Soberano Jr. & Volador Jr. All four shook hands before the match started. Volador executed a moonsault to the outside. They worked on Liger’s leg. A Liger Bomb followed by a Tiger Suplex on Soberano Jr. for the pin. Excellent match.

(5) Robbie Eagles & Taiji Ishimori beat ACH & Ryusuke Taguchi. Taguchi and ACH made a fun entrance wearing rugby uniforms with 69 on them. They were passing a rugby to each other on the way to the ring then coaching each other like in a rugby team before the match started. The crowd was enjoying this. ACH and Taguchi did some comedy spots. Taguchi was mimicking what seemed like Shinsuke Nakamura. Ishimori pinned ACH. ACH was very emotional after the loss.

(6) Shingo Takagi & Bushi beat Chris Sabin & Kushida. Great match. Crowd was into it. Takagi pinned Sabin. Takagi & Bushi posed after the win.

(7) Roppongi 3K defeated El Desperado & Yoshinobu Kanemura. Roppongi 3K’s manager was attacked during their entrance. At one point Rocky Romero fought back with a hurricanrana. Match was OK. I’m not sure why it was the last match on the show. Yoh of R3K pinned Kanemura. R3K and Romero did a promo to end the show.

Overall it was a fun show.
