Like its two big brothers, Main Event moved into its second week of holiday programming. Again we join Scott Stanford in the cozy confines of Connecticut for highlights of pretaped episodes of Raw and Smackdown. Here’s the rundown:
-Replay of Miracle on 34th Street Fight, Lashley vs. Elias, from Raw
-Replay of Ziggler vs. Balor vs. McIntyre triple threat from Raw
-Replay of Rousey (Champion) vs. Natalya, Womens’ Championship match from Raw
-Replay of Miz TV with guest Shane McMahon from Smackdown
-Replay of Styles’ confrontation with Vince McMahon from Smackdown
-Replay of Nakamura (Champion) vs. Rusev, U.S. Championship match from Smackdown
-Replay of Rollins vs. Corbin from Raw
SHOW SCORE (0-10): 0.8
MEYERS’ FINAL THOUGHTS: Same deal as last week – very little reason to check this out if you already watch Raw and Smackdown. The holidays can be a stressful time, and matters are only made worse without the calming presence of Mojo Rawley or the B-Team.
