-Danny Cage is no longer under contract to Ring of Honor in his role as the operations manager of the ROH Dojo. ROH issued the following statement to PWTorch saying both sides mutually agreed to end their contract.

We mutually ended our contractual agreement but remain affiliated. The next future of honor event is on Friday , April 19th at the Monster Factory.

Sources tell PWTorch that Cage was originally hired to run social media and logistics for Ring of Honor. As indicated by ROH’s statement, ROH and Cage’s Monster Factory will continue to be affiliates going forward. The news of Cage’s departure from ROH was first reported by Fightful.com.

-Enzo and Cass are not scheduled for any upcoming ROH dates and are not part of any of ROH’s upcoming plans after they shot a worked shoot angle with The Briscoes at G1 Supercard during WrestleMania weekend. PWTorch sources indicated they were used to get some buzz for the company and initially sources indicated they thought Enzo and Cass would used going forward, but that changed by mid-week after WrestleMania when sources indicated that they believed the pair would not be used going forward.

NJPW was not aware the angle was going to be shot at G1 Supercard, but ROH and NJPW remain on good terms and are going to be working together going forward with an upcoming four show tour planned for next month Yuji Nagata and Satoshi Kojima making their first ROH appearances. The other big NJPW name announced for the tour is Hirooki Goto. The Wrestling Observer was the first to report that Enzo and Cass were not going to be part of ROH’s plans moving forward.

-PWTorch has been told by sources that The Beautiful People being brought into the company has been something that has been discussed for a long time by the creative team. It wasn’t a move that was initiated recently, but instead Angelina Love and Velvet Sky had been talked about by the creative team for a long time. The creative team is currently lead by Delirious (Hunter Johnston). Other members of the creative team include Bully Ray, Joey Mercury, Todd Sinclair, and Kevin Eck.
