Port Richey, FL- The second WWN Recruitment Camp will take place on August 16th-18th in Port Richey, FL. This will expand on the education and opportunity of the very successful first WWN Recruitment Camp last April. Interested participants can fill out an application in the WWNLive.com Seminar/Tryout section.

The Opportunity
Standout participants will receive an invitation to the WWE Performance Center (PC) for a 3-day WWE tryout! You can be included in one of the semi-annual WWE tryouts, which have seen numerous athletes awarded WWE contracts.
Standout participants will also be awarded an opportunity to sign WWN contracts, which leads to full time bookings in EVOLVE.
Several participants will be selected to be booked on upcoming WWN Family events, including EVOLVE, SHINE, FIP, Style Battle, ACW and other brands.
Stephen Wolf and referee Stephon Smith were selected for full time positions in EVOLVE from the first WWN Recruitment Camp. They are now going to perform live on the WWE Network on the EVOLVE 10th Anniversary Celebration on July 13th. They are also going to get tryouts with WWE. This is as real as it gets when it comes to opportunity.
The Education
The WWN Recruitment Camp will feature a variety of coaches and producers from the WWE Performance Center. The selection of coaches and producers is designed to give each participant a well rounded education on what it takes to be successful in all aspects of the sports entertainment. Over the course of three days you will learn from and be scouted by:
-NXT General Manager, Director of Talent Development and Head of Global Recruiting William Regal
-WWE Performance Center Coach & NXT Producer Hartley “Jacko” Jackson
-NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler

The Details:
The WWN Recruitment Camp is for wrestlers, referees and managers of all experience levels. The three-day course is designed to be a complete education. You will learn what the WWE Superstars learn at the WWE Performance Center. The only way to normally get this knowledge is to train at the WWE PC. Here’s what the WWN Recruitment Camp will entail:
-Mr. Regal will share his decades of experience. His lecture will include advice on what it takes to get hired by WWE, in-ring techniques and out-of-the-ring etiquette. A simple write up cannot do justice to the knowledge you will get from Mr. Regal during this extensive seminar.
-Coach Jacko brings his international experience from Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Coach Jacko gained his reputation as Australia’s top trainer and now teaches the beginner classes at the WWE Performance Center. Coach Jacko will show you the in ring drills you need to make it to WWE.
-Sean Hayes is one of the foremost strength and conditioning coaches in the United States. He came to the WWE PC from the Houston Texans. Hayes will teach techniques for training on the road, as well as how to properly warm up for a match.
-Shayna Baszler is the current NXT Women’s Champion. The former MMA fighter is one of the most technically sound wrestlers in the WWE system. Baszler will show her techniques with an in-ring seminar.
-Eddie Orengo is a top referee at NXT. He will teach the invaluable lessons of how performers should work with a referee. In addition, Orengo will give special attention to the referee participants. Orengo will teach how to work with and become a WWE/NXT referee.
-WWE PC Staff will be on hand to conduct promo, character development and social media classes. These are the same people who teach these can’t miss lessons at the WWE PC.
-Gabe Sapolsky will scout the tryout matches, lecture on how to get booked and offer advice on numerous other aspects of presenting your character.
-Sal Hamaoui, Matt Sydal and Francisco Ciatso will be there to give additional pointers and advice.
-Each participant will get a tryout match, which will be filmed in HD. The tryout matches will air live on the WWNLive Facebook and then go on Club WWN. This will be exposure. Each participant will be sent the footage of the tryout matches to use any way they want. These will air live on the WWNLive Facebook.
-The WWN Recruitment Camp will close with a pay-per-view type event booked by Sapolsky. All participants will get a spot on the card. This will build like a real PPV with promos and angles. This will air on Club WWN and the WWNLive Facebook page. Each participant will be sent the footage of their spot to use any way they want.
-We will assist you with hotel deals as well as room sharing at your own preference.
-We will provide transportation to and from the airport.
-All of the results will be reported to WWE for potential opportunities with their 3 day tryout camp and other opportunities.
-There will be many more aspects to this invaluable learning experience!
Conclusion:
There will be limited spots for the WWN Recruitment Camp. The first WWN Recruitment Camp sold out well ahead of time. Many applicants were turned away due to it being sold out. Please fill out the application at WWNLive.com to see if you are accepted. This is an opportunity to learn, grow and advance your career!
