AEW’s locker room leaders in the women’s division are Serena Deeb and current AEW Women’s World Champion, Thunder Rosa. Anna Jay spoke to the Women’s Wrestling Talk program on Fite TV and spoke highly of those women. Jay also revealed that Vickie Guerrero is a trusted resource for her backstage in the company.

“Definitely Thunder Rosa and Serena Deeb, I would say for sure,” Jay said of locker room leaders in AEW. “I think I even said this in another interview, too, but I personally would say and I think a lot of other girls would agree; Vickie Guerrero has been someone that’s been great to go to. She’s not a wrestler, but she’s doing what we’re doing, and she’s there and very helpful with everything when asked.  When we need help, if it’s something on screen, or if it’s something like our gear bins, she’s been a tremendous help. Also, she’s such a sweet lady, and I really appreciate all that she does. So I would definitely say her for me at least.”

Anna Jay debuted for AEW in April of 2020, losing to Hikaru Shida. She joined the Dark Order in June of that year and continues to be a member that group. She took time off in 2021 to heal from a shoulder injury, which required surgery. Jay also regularly partners with Tay Conti in tag team matches. Conti and Jay wrestled a memorable street fight against The Bunny and Penelope Ford on the New Year’s Eve edition of AEW Rampage.
