TNA announced Monday they have re-instated Bram (Thomas Latimer) following the resolution of felony domestic violence charges stemming from an August arrest.

Latimer has been “immediately reinstated to his contract and the TNA roster,” TNA said in a statement.

According to TNA executive John Gaburick, Latimer was reinstated after “all charges were dropped.”

Pinellas County (Fla.) court records show that both counts against Latimer were dropped last Monday, October 12 and Latimer was officially released from bond on Oct. 14.

Latimer was charged with two felony counts – (1) domestic battery by strangulation and (2) false imprisonment – after he allegedly attacked his “live-in girlfriend” in a Florida condo the night of August 30/31.

At the time, Latimer was married to current WWE Divas champion Charlotte (daughter of Ric Flair), but they were separated and going through the divorce process.

    • Until he commits another violent act. Remember that he was released from his WWE contract after he assaulted a police officer. The guy has anger issues and will eventually attack another person.
