Impact live on Pop for premiere episode

TNA announced Friday that their debut show on Pop TV will be a live (or same-day) airing on Tuesday, January 5.

TNA president Dixie Carter and Josh Mathews announced the Impact Wrestling premiere in a video update. TNA currently does not have TV tapings scheduled for January 2016 until their European Tour at the end of the month. Mathews said an announcement will follow.

Regarding their new TV home, Carter said she feels good about the relationship with Pop TV after meeting with top executives who share the same vision of “everything fandom.”

Carter said the TV executives are “passionate about and committed to our brand, Impact Wrestling.”
