8/23 Smackdown Social Media – Post-Summerslam bump, but not close to Raw

WWE Smackdown Live increased 20 percent in Nielsen’s Social Content Ratings Tuesday night following Summerslam. However, it was not the type of big jump that Raw got on Monday night.

August 23: Smackdown ranked #2 among series & specials on Tuesday night, trailing “Pretty Little Liars,” and landed just ahead of “America’s Got Talent” on NBC.

The show broke down with a 20 percent overall increase in social media engagement…

– Twitter: 24,000 uniques and 95,000 tweets, up from 18k and 78k for pre-Summerslam Smackdown.

– Facebook: 75,000 uniques and 138,000 tweets, up from 69k and 117k last week.

– TOTAL ENGAGEMENT: 99,000 uniques and 233,000 total interactions, up 19.5 percent from last week.
