(1) DANNY BURCH & ONEY LORCAN vs. EVER-RISE

Burch and Martel started the match. Martel pushed Bruch into the corner and punished him with strikes. Parker tagged in, but Burch quickly took control and tagged in Lorcan. Parker whipped Lorcan hard into the corner. All four men entered the ring and a brawl ensued. From there, EverRise kept control of the match with frequent tags. Lorcan reversed Martel and hit a running neck breaker. Burch tagged in and hit a missile dropkick followed by a running lariat. Martel broke up the pinfall attempt. After, EverRise hit tandem offense on Burch. Lorcan interrupted the pinfall attempt. Eventually, Burch cinched in the cross face for the win.

WINNERS: Burch & Lorcan via submission in 8:00

-Replays of the Cruiserweight title tournament on NXT aired. Byron Saxton was shown announcing a triple threat match between Drake Maverick, Jake Atlas, and Kushida on next week’s episode of NXT. After, a replay of Tony Nese attacking Isaiah Scott aired. Back in the arena, Tyler Breeze made his ring entrance, followed by Isaiah Scott.

(2) TYLER BREEZE vs. ISAIAH “SWERVE” SCOTT

-The bell rang, and they locked up. Breeze knocked Scott to the mat and then taunted him from the corner. The pace quickened, and they each dodged each other’s offense. Scott stumbled while scaling the top rope, and breeze knocked him to the outside with a sidekick. They brawled around ringside. Back in the ring, Breeze hit a snap suplex for a two count. Breeze maintained control of the match until Scott responded with a big right hand. Scott kicked Breeze to the outside and threw him into the barricade. Scott threw breeze back in the ring and planted him face-first into the mat for a two count. After, Breeze hit an enziguri for a two count. Breeze followed up with a supermodel kick for a two count. Eventually, Scott hit the confidence boost for the win.

WINNER: Isiah “Swerve” Scott via pinfall in 10:00

FINAL THOUGHTS: If these wins and losses meant more, 205 Live would be more than just a watchable show. It would be a great, stripped-down half-hour of pro wrestling. It seems that the more important Cruiserweight matches will continue to be saved for NXT. Adding just a little bit more weight and importance to the matches on 205 Live would go a long way.
