SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...

The WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match at WrestleMania 38 will reportedly be a fatal four-way. The Wrestling Observer is reporting that the company will change that match again after the team of Rhea Ripley & Liv Morgan were added to make it a triple threat this week on Monday Night Raw. Originally, Zelina Vega & Carmella were scheduled to defend their titles against Sasha Banks & Naomi.

Ripley and Morgan earned their way into the match after beating Vega & Carmella in a non-title match. Vega and Carmella have been the tag team champions since beating Ripley and Nikki A.S.H for the belts in November of last year. Ripley and Nikki broke up as a team earlier this year after A.S.H turned on Rhea and attacked her.

There is no official word as to how the fourth team will be in the WrestleMania match, but the report indicates that it will be Natalya and either Shotzi or Shayna Baszler. WrestleMania 38 takes place on April 2 and 3 in Dallas, Texas. Other announced matches include Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar in a world championship unification match, A.J. Styles vs. Edge, Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair for the WWE Raw Women’s Championship, Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey for the Smackdown Women’s Championship, Steve Austin on the KO Show, Johnny Knoxville vs. Sami Zayn, Austin Theory vs. Pat McAfee, The Miz & Logan Paul vs. The Mysterios, and more.

The Women’s Tag Team Championship is currently scheduled to take place on night two of WrestleMania 38.
